On Repeat was formed by two best friends on a tour bus somewhere in Texas. Victoria Hesketh, aka Little Boots, and Lauren Verge, DJ, A&R and music consultant, found themselves frustrated with the major label system and a lack of creative control. The two plotted setting up shop as a label  to nurture and release new pop talent independently, and quickly realised with enough determination and shoulder pads anything was possible.

Over time the label expanded to include an agency to represent their burgeoning scene of DJ friends, with a focus on championing female/femme talent. Building relationships across the music and events industries, from composers and directors to set designers and visual artists, the team expand further into music and creative consultancy, evolving the brand into a full service of the highest quality for any event or project.

The pair have lent their DJing and programming skills to events around the world, playing everywhere from Glastonbury to Ibiza, celebrity weddings and parties, and for brands such as Valentino, Chloe, Nobu, and Soho House. They have worked with the likes of Adidas, British Airways, Asos and Space Ibiza to curate top talent and have coordinated award winning events and campaigns.
